NEW Multiplexer UHDS

For all Interfaces UHDS that have smaller serial number than 3549. Interfaces UHDS that have serial number at least 3550 contain the New Multiplexer UHDS.

New functions:

• support a single wire CAN in Opel cars
• support Kline in BSI Peugeot, Citroen pin 7 and 11 (necessary for license PT0012)
